# Shipping Policy

At Mali, every order is packed with care and sent with love. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Mali goods to you.
## Where we ship
We currently ship **within New Zealand only**. International shipping is coming soon β follow us on Instagram or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
## Shipping rates
- **North Island:** $7.50 NZD
- **South Island:** $12.50 NZD
- **Free shipping** on all orders over $100 NZD
- **Rural delivery** may incur an additional surcharge β this will be shown at checkout
## Processing time
We ship all orders within **1β3 business days** of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
## Delivery time
Standard delivery takes **3β7 business days** depending on your location within New Zealand. Rural addresses may take an additional 1β2 business days.
## Tracking your order
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a **tracking link** via email so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you haven't received a tracking link within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email us at **hello@mali.nz**.
## Delivery issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
1. Check your tracking link for the latest delivery status
2. Check with your neighbours or local courier depot
3. Email us at **hello@mali.nz** with your order number and we'll chase it up
## Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email us at **hello@mali.nz** within **48 hours** of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. For full details, see our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy).
